Custom Orders

Birkland Boutique does not accept custom orders at this time.

Damaged Items

Birkland Boutique will accept damaged items up to 10 days after delivery.

Once the customer informs us of the damaged items (within that 10 day period) and sends photo verification of the damage, we will discuss an exchange of the same item or a refund.

Lost Items

An order is considered lost after 10 days of no tracking progress. If this happens, another package will be shipped or it will be refunded depending on if the item(s) are still in stock.

If the order shows "delivered," but was never received after 10 days, the package will be considered lost. Another package will be shipped or the order will be refunded depending on if the item(s) are still in stock.

Returns

Unless the item(s) are damaged, or defective, upon arrival Birkland Boutique does not accept returns.

Shipping

Standard Proccessing for non pre-orders is 3-4 business days after the order is placed. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail - 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) have shipped.

For PRE ORDERS - Standard processing time is 2 to 3 weeks. Please allow the full three weeks before reaching out about your order. Once the order has shipped, allow- 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item(s) have shipped.
