Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Cannot accept returns unless item(s) arrives damaged or defective.


EXCHNAGE POLICY

We do not accept exchanges.

 

DAMAGED ITEM POLICY

We will accept damaged items up to 10 days after delivery.

Once the customer informs us of damaged items and sends photo verification of the damage, we will discuss an exchange of the same item or a refund.


LOST ITEM POLICY

An order is considered lost after 10 days of no tracking progress and another package will be shipped or refunded depending if the item is still in stock.

If order status shows "delivered," but was never received by the customer after 10 days, the package will be considered lost and we will either reship or refund the package depending on if the item is still in stock.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our store does not offer international shipping at this time.
