Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Standard Proccessing for non pre-orders is 3-4 business days after the order is placed. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail - 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) have shipped.
For PRE ORDERS - Standard processing time is 2 to 3 weeks. Please allow the full three weeks before reaching out about your order. Once the order has shipped, allow- 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item(s) have shipped.
EXCHNAGE POLICY
We do not accept exchanges.
RETURN POLICY
Cannot accept returns unless items arrives damaged or defective.
DAMAGED ITEM POLICY
We will accept damaged items up to 15 days after delivery.
Once the customer informs us of damaged items (within that 15 days) and sends photo verification of the damage, we will discuss an exchange of the same item or a refund.
LOST ITEM POLICY
An order is considered lost after 10 days of no tracking progress and another package will be shipped or refunded depending on if the item is still in stock.
If order status shows "delivered," but was never received by the customer after 10 days, the package will be considered lost and we will either reship or refund the package depending on if the item is still in stock.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our store does not offer international shipping at this time.
