Faith based clothing is something I've always wanted to do, but been to nervous (until recently) to attempt to build a brand off of.
I started sprinkling some faith based tees into my boutique last year, and to my surprise, they did remarkably well! People loved them because the verse or saying either ment something special to them, or it was a something they relied on to get through a tough season.
One woman said she simply had to have my Beauty from Ashes sweater because their home burned down the year prior. They were in the middle of living in a r.v. while rebuilding their new home. She said it became her favorite verse because it reminded her to cling to the truth that beauty would come from the ashes of hardship and struggle.
If I can offer clothing that uplifts and encourages... I am all for it!
It fills my cup too!
Once I started down this path all sorts of designs and ideas started rising to the surface. To say I am excited is an understatement.
I can not wait to see what the new year brings.
